1. Service description
LeadsUp is a multi-channel, AI-powered customer-conversation SaaS platform operated by Altai Digital.
2. Account responsibility
Account security is the user's responsibility. Do not share API keys, passwords or session tokens with third parties.
3. Billing and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew on the original sign-up date. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Prohibited use
Spam, harassment, fraud, GDPR/KVKK-violating data collection and illegal content distribution are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Service level
Standard plans are provided 'as is'. An SLA is signed in writing under Enterprise plans. Unplanned outages are notified within 24 hours.
6. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
