AI model trained on massive text corpora; can converse in natural language.
LLM (Large Language Model) is the umbrella name for GPT, Claude, Gemini and similar models. While classic chatbots match keywords, LLMs understand sentence intent. Performant in 100+ languages. LeadsUp defaults to Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6; OpenAI and Google optional.
