How do you integrate with Sahibinden / Hepsiemlak / Zingat?

Two paths: (1) Upload CSV/Excel exports, manually or via daily cron. (2) Use Custom Tool to bind their own API (Pro plan+). We don't use third-party scrapers — only your data, with your consent.

Can the bot invent prices not in the listing?

No. The hallucination guard (post-processing) validates every number in the bot's reply against the DB. If it doesn't match, the message is blocked and the conversation transferred to a human.

Is it GDPR/KVKK compliant? Where are customer messages stored?

Yes. KVKK 6698 compliant: AES-256-GCM encryption, EU/Turkey-resident hosting (Enterprise), automatic privacy notice, single-endpoint deletion. In self-host mode, your data never touches our infrastructure.

How does multi-agent routing work?

Each agent is a separate entity. The bot routes to the listing owner or by buyer location. Shift hours, days off, and parallel-conversation limits are configurable per agent.

What if the customer wants a human?

The bot fires transfer_to_agent immediately; the conversation is summarized, an agent is assigned and the customer is told 'I'm connecting you with our consultant.' The bot stops replying on this thread until you re-enable it.
