Yes. Webhook integration syncs table status to LeadsUp. Bot checks first, then writes the reservation back to your POS.

Can it take kitchen orders?

v1 only handles reservations and menu queries. Takeaway via Stripe payment link + manual kitchen entry is supported. Full kitchen integration in v2 (Q3 2026).

Multiple branches — how is it set up?

Each branch is a separate 'agent'. Customer's location routes them to the nearest branch, or they pick from a menu.

How is the menu updated?

Re-upload the PDF; bot re-indexes in 5 min. Or set up daily cron sync from your Google Drive folder (Pro plan+).

What if a customer says 'vegan'?

Bot filters menu items tagged 'vegan' and lists them. Hallucination guard: never invents a dish that's not on the menu.

How does cancellation work?
