Webhook

An HTTP POST from one system to another when an event occurs — real-time integration.

Webhooks underpin event-driven integration. Shopify gets a new order → POSTs to LeadsUp → bot sends a confirmation to the customer. WhatsApp sends messages to your webhook from Meta. LeadsUp's Event Webhook endpoint accepts external events with signature verification.
