Handoff
Transferring a bot conversation to a human sales/support rep.
Bots can't do everything — complex negotiation, sensitive complaints, top-tier customers need handoff. LeadsUp invokes transfer_to_agent, summarizes the conversation, assigns the right agent. Bot stops replying after handoff (until manually re-enabled). You can configure auto-handoff at lead score 70+.
