KVKK / GDPR

Turkey's data protection law (6698, 2016) — Turkish counterpart of GDPR.

GDPR (EU 2016) and KVKK 6698 (Turkey 2016) are sister regulations. Anyone processing personal data must comply: transparency, explicit consent, data minimization, security, subject rights (access, correction, erasure).
