Right to erasure

Customer's right to demand deletion of their personal data. GDPR/KVKK allow 24-72 hours.

When a customer says 'delete my data', the business must comply. GDPR/KVKK Article 11 lists access, correction and erasure rights. In practice: conversation + metadata is anonymized or hard-deleted, audit log records the request as compliance evidence.
