The heart of GDPR/KVKK — user's clear, freely given consent to process personal data.

Explicit consent is not a pre-ticked checkbox or buried paragraph — user must clearly say 'yes I accept'. What data, what purpose, with whom is shared must be transparent. Special category data (health, finance, biometrics) requires separate explicit consent.
